HOW WE TRAIN AT MF

MF IS BUILT AROUND PERFORMANCE. OUR TRAINING BLENDS STRENGTH, CONDITIONING AND ENDURANCE TO BUILD ATHLETES WHO CAN MOVE WELL, LAST LONGER AND PERFORM UNDER FATIGUE. THIS IS FITNESS THAT CARRIES OVER INTO RACING, INTO LIFE, INTO LONG TERM PROGRESS.

CLASSES

FULL BODY STRENGTH

A structured strength session training the entire body in one workout. We follow progressive training cycles to build strength, improve movement quality, and reinforce solid fundamentals. Expect compound lifts, smart accessory work, and long-term progression rather than random workouts.

METCON

Short for metabolic conditioning. These sessions combine machines with strength movements to push your heart rate, improve work capacity, and build mental toughness. Fast paced, efficient, and challenging without being reckless. High output. Controlled intensity. Big fitness gains

HYROX

Training built around the demands of a HYROX race. Running mixed with functional stations, machine work, and race style movements. Sessions focus on pacing, engine development, strength endurance, and learning how to work under fatigue.

HYROX SIM

A full HYROX race simulation. Run and hit every station in sequence. Designed to test fitness, sharpen strategy, and build confidence before race day. Correct weights, correct distances. Nothing watered down. Nothing skipped. This is as close as it gets.
